Penerapan Ekonomi Syariah Dalam Perilaku UMKM Pada Pesantren Tahfidz Quran Lailatul Qodar

Bulan April merupakan bulan yang sangat lengkap membuat kebahagiaan bagi para umat muslim, terkhusus nya bagi Universitas Medan Area. Tepat di bulan April berlangsungnya Puasa Ramadhan, Lebaran (Idul Fitri) dan HUT Universitas Medan Area ke 40 Tahun. Para Dosen UMA yang terdiri dari Dr. Rudi Salam Sinaga, M.Si, Desy Astrid Anindya, S.E, M.Ak, Muhammad Habibie, S.E, M.Ak , Hasbiana Dalimunthe, S.E, M.Ak , Indawati Lestari, S.E, M.Si, Mhd. Ansor Lubis, S.H, M.H, Devi Ayu Putri, S.E, M.Si, Ak, CA, Shabrina Tri Asti Nasution, S.E, M.Si, Yunita, S.Pd, M.Psi, Kons, Dra. Retnawati Siregar, M.Si, Linda Lores, S.E, M.Si, Ria Wuri Andary, S.Sos, M.I.Kom, Ilma Saakinah Tamsil M.Comm, Indah Cahya Sagala, S.Pd., M.Si, Khairunnisah Lubis S.Sos, M.I.Pol, Agnita Yolanda B.Comm, MSc, Siti Alhamra Salqaura SE., M.Si, Finta Aramita, SE, M.Si, dan M.Khahfi Zuhanda, S.Si. M.Si berinisiatif ingin berbagi kebahagiaan dan melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bersama adik-adik para tahfidz quran yang berada di Pesantren Tahfidz Alquran Lailatul Qodar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10-12 April 2023.

Peningkatan Minat Belajar Siswa Terhadap Pembelajaran Ekonomi Di SMP Swasta Bina Agung Kecamatan Sunggal

Dalam rangka memperingati hari guru tanggal 25 November 2022 sejumlah dosen yang berasal dari Universitas Medan Area melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Yayasan Pendidikan Bina Agung Jalan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kecamatan Sunggal Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23-25 November 2022. Tim Dosen Universitas Medan Area yang ikut berpartisipasi pada kegiatan pengabdian dihari guru berkisar 15 orang yang berasal dari multi disiplin ilmu seperti Ilmu Ekonomi, Komunikasi, Psikologi, dan Administrasi Publik. Diantaranya tim tersebut terdapat Desy Astrid, SE,M.Ak, Muhammad Habibie, SE, M.Ak, Hasbiana Dalimunthe, SE, M.Ak, Indawati Lestari, SE, MM. Mhd. Risiko yang Dicakup oleh Rencana Pemulihan Bencana

Dalam dunia bisnis dan pemasaran yang sangat kompetitif, Organisasi didorong untuk menjadi yang terdepan dalam perlombaan dan mengikuti pembicaraan. Harapan Pelanggan dan Pasar lebih tinggi di mana di Perusahaan diharapkan untuk berbicara dan menunjukkan kemampuan mereka untuk memenuhi janji. Dalam situasi seperti itu, Organisasi harus memikirkan hal kontinjensi bisnis, Pemulihan Bencana, dan rencana kelangsungan Bisnis karena mereka tidak dapat menanggung gangguan pasokan ke pasar dan mengecewakan pelanggan karena risiko atau ancaman apa pun terhadap bisnis mereka karena bencana alam. , situasi politik, terorisme, atau risiko yang dirasakan lainnya. Bahkan dalam produk bernilai tinggi terutama yang melibatkan fungsi kritis di ujung Pelanggan serta yang melibatkan teknologi kelas atas,pelanggan mengharapkan pemasok untuk menunjukkan kemampuan mereka dan rencana operasional pemulihan bencana bisnis di tempat sehingga bisnis mereka tidak menderita karena gangguan layanan atau kegagalan di pihak Pemasok. Pemasok sering kali diharuskan berkomitmen untuk memiliki rencana pemulihan bencana sebagai bagian dari Kontrak Pemasok.

Risiko Apa yang Dicakup oleh Rencana DR?

Penilaian risiko, Pemulihan Bencana dan perencanaan kontinjensi Bisnis melibatkan seluruh Organisasi di semua tingkatan. Pertama dan terpenting, penting untuk memahami jenis risiko yang ingin dicakup oleh rencana Kontinjensi Bisnis. Rencana tersebut bertujuan untuk mencakup risiko gangguan pada Proses Bisnis, Risiko Nyawa bagi karyawan, Pengendalian Manajemen & Pemulihan Aset.

Ancaman terhadap Proses Bisnis

 

  1. Bencana alamBisnis menghadapi ancaman dari beberapa pihak. Beberapa ancaman tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh letak geografis atau bencana alam dan malapetaka yang disebabkan oleh cuaca dan bencana alam lainnya. Dalam kasus seperti itu, manusia memiliki kendali yang sangat sedikit atau tidak sama sekali atas situasi tersebut. Bahkan di antara bencana alam dan ancaman, ada dua jenis risiko yaitu dapat diprediksi dan tidak dapat diprediksi. Risiko yang tidak dapat diprediksi seperti banjir, angin topan, kebakaran, dan kejadian serupa lainnya dapat benar-benar mengganggu bisnis tanpa memberi kesempatan kepada siapa pun untuk bersiap menghadapi hal yang sama.

     

  2. Bencana buatan manusiaKetika kita berbicara tentang bencana buatan manusia, kita mengacu terutama pada tindakan sabotase, terorisme, spionase dan serangan industri, vandalisme dll. Beberapa perusahaan lebih memilih untuk memasukkan kegagalan pasokan karena kegagalan jaringan rantai pasokan atau kegagalan pemasok sebagai risiko terhadap bisnis dan menyiapkan rencana kontinjensi untuk hal yang sama.

    Beberapa perusahaan yang sangat bergantung pada pemasok terbatas untuk bahan baku mereka dan dalam kasus di mana pasokan bahan baku langka dan tidak tersedia secara bebas, rencana kontinjensi bisnis dapat mencakup hal-hal spesifik ini sebagai risiko yang dirasakan juga.

    Demikian pula di perusahaan sektor teknologi dan jasa, setiap gangguan atau ancaman terhadap ketersediaan tenaga terampil yang dibutuhkan untuk proses bisnis juga dapat ditanggung dengan risiko membuat proses bisnis tidak stabil.

     

  3. Acara Nasional & InternasionalPeristiwa seperti perang, sanksi internasional, situasi politik yang tidak stabil dan pemogokan dll juga dapat menyebabkan potensi ancaman gangguan operasi bisnis dan pasokan ke pasar. Tingkat ancaman dan risiko yang dirasakan tergantung pada negara dan bisnis tertentu.

     

  4. Kegagalan Teknologi & Perangkat Keras KritisPerusahaan yang bergantung pada teknologi, perangkat lunak, dan perangkat keras kelas atas menghadapi risiko kegagalan teknologi dan sistem sehingga memengaruhi keseluruhan proses bisnis. Kegagalan dapat dari perangkat keras atau perangkat lunak. Dalam bisnis tertentu lainnya, mesin penting yang digunakan dalam proses manufaktur dapat berada di bawah risiko, sehingga menyebabkan ancaman terhadap pasokan.

Analisis dapat masuk ke tingkat menit dan mengidentifikasi daftar besar risiko dalam bisnis. Namun manajemen perlu mengambil keputusan yang bijaksana untuk menyaring dari daftar risiko yang pada dasarnya perlu ditanggung, menjadi tidak mungkin untuk membangun rencana pemulihan di sekitar semua risiko yang dapat diidentifikasi.

They therefore become susceptible to the consequences as these individuals tend to feel that they must conform to whatever laws are stipulated. Some argue that the implementation of sharia has actually been beneficial to some Muslims. A Brief Introduction To Shariah And Its Benefits

Sharia economics is a branch of Islamic law that is based on the principles of Islamic economics. It is also known as Islamic economics. In short sharia economics is based on the value of a person, and it gives them a fair chance at achieving their dreams. It provides a solid method of calculation used in Islamic law, allowing people to calculate their wealth and work out how they should divide it between their children. In addition, sharia law allows people to trade goods freely with each other, and this process, called dawlat, is what keeps economies running smoothly. By following the law of dewlap, merchants can ensure that they do not run out of stock of their good, or that they do not pay their workers less than the agreed salary. Without sharia based dawlat, an economy could crumble because individuals would not have a way of determining how their wealth is being distributed.
